Peter Jackling is Managing Director, with particular responsibility for marketing. After a degree in Business Studies, he has spent his entire 20 year career in the application of technology to survey data capture and analysis. This experience has mainly been on the supply side, providing CATI and CAPI packages and tabulation systems to international markets, and running bureaux specialising in analysis of survey data. Additionally, Peter spent two years at AGB developing an IT strategy and designing and implementing the technical side of their Superpanel, with 10,000 panel members. He has extensive experience in managing large projects to ensure they are right and on time, and in running small bureaux providing personal service. A Fellow of the MRS, Peter is active on research industry matters, being a past vice-chairman of the MRS and Chairman of the British Market Research Association. He acts as a spokesperson to government and the media on behalf of the market research industry.

Francis Bull. Director and Company Secretary. Francis has 20 years experience of survey analysis and is widely regarded as one of the best in the country. He works pro-actively with clients, with experience at Research International and in specialist service bureaux. His main skills are in large scale projects, and in delivering tabulations and reports right and on time.

Paul Abbott. Director. Paul, a founder member of IDA, has more than 20 years experience in the market research industry, including 5 years at NOP, where he was a research executive and subsequently data processing manager. He has also been a director of Demotab Ltd. Paul's responsibilities at IDA include being the account manager of a wide range of clients, including leading research agencies, universities, government bodies and publishers. His areas of expertise include project management and providing what the client wants with the maximum efficiency and minimum of fuss. He is also responsible for quality system management in the company.

David Taylor. Director. With a particular interest in the latest technology offered by the Internet, David has nearly 20 years experience in providing fast turn-round on projects, with a smile. David will work hard to achieve the near impossible.
